Buddhist meditation and teachings.

WHO FOR?
Suitable for all stages of practice. Classes are freely offered and supported by student generosity. We focus on learning the skills of concentration, mindfulness and awareness with enthusiasm and delight. The skills practiced carry over into daily life, reducing stress and developing goodwill.

10am to 11am – Meditation
11.30 to 12.30pm – Dharma teaching
