Fear is a sense that keeps us safe, sometimes we let it override us and end up trapping ourselves in a box.
From fear emerges many other destructive emotions such as anger and anxiety.
If we can move away from this being our most prominent sense we can learn to live in excitement and courage. We will be excited to take risk and chances in life, as “the experience is not in the outcome, it is in the journey”. We will be able to look back on our lives without regret of all the things we did not allow ourselves to do, become or experience. When there is fear we hold back and this creates detriment to our health.
