Yoga day retreat – Level 1, 2 and 3

January Day Retreats with Claire Havey
Join me for an exploratory day of yoga asana, pranayama, mindfulness meditation and relaxation.
Our focus will be on how mindfulness, yoga practice and theory can support our nervous systems.
Sunday 6th February from 9.30am – 3.30 pm (Levels 1, 2 and 3)
The day will be fully catered by the Brightlands Chefs with tea/ coffee/ homemade bars & slices for morning tea and soup and Vegetarian meal for lunch (V and GF options available).
For students interested in a full immersion experience, accomodation is available at a special retreat price of $150 per night for a superior King Room (includes breakfast and option of $100 pp/pn twin share) – please send you accomodation enquiry here.
